Product Description
The
wireless vibration sensor integrates STMicroelectronics'
industrial-grade vibration sensor chip and can obtain the real-time
acceleration signal/velocity/displacement/temperature signal of the
device. Supports time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis of
vibration data to obtain real-time vibration intensity and vibration
frequency of the equipment under test. Through the self-developed
wireless SCADA gateway for networking applications, data can be uploaded
to the cloud platform or local server. The host computer software is
used to calculate vibration parameters, display real-time data, display
trend data, and provide historical data management and automatic
reporting functions. Alarm prompts will be issued if vibration or AI
prediction anomalies occur. It can be installed on the equipment shell
and rigid base through magnetic attraction or screw fastening. Available
scenarios: Scenarios that require preset maintenance of equipment.
