Introduction
The Linkinside workshop IoT management system is designed and developed based on the two technical foundations of industrial Internet of Things and digital informatization. The team members have many years of experience in the manufacturing industry and have a deep understanding of industrial engineering and lean manufacturing concepts. The system consists of the following 8 subsystem modules.
Exception management module (Andon)
The Andeng system can realize rapid exception triggering, information transmission, response processing, real-time display, statistical reports, etc. Conduct real-time monitoring of process operations, equipment status, quality issues, material supply and other processes to streamline production abnormality handling and systematize workshop on-site management, thereby improving efficiency.
Production scheduling management module
Develop detailed production plans based on sales orders, distinguishing production line plans, position plans or equipment plans for different industries. Obtain production information in real time by installing smart sensors or docking with PLC , and display plan and production information on the electronic signage.
Class management module
By setting team groups, shift systems, and calendars, rapid batch scheduling can be achieved. It can also count clock-ins and generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and other reports based on the shift situation.
Device management module
The main functional modules included in the equipment management system are: equipment ledger management, equipment parts (spare parts) management, spare parts incoming and outgoing management, equipment maintenance, equipment inspection, OEE analysis and system dashboard.
Product traceability module
By correlating information such as the production time and production batch number of each batch of products in each processing step, online or offline inspection data records of each processing step, and quality inspection records of excipients used in each batch, we can reproduce the results of this batch of products. Throughout the production process, problems are discovered and provide a basis for quality improvement.
Material distribution module
The material distribution system notifies the warehouse management department of material requirements in the production process in a timely manner, and can generate a material distribution plan according to certain rules. The system supports both push and pull material distribution modes, and users can configure and use them as needed.
Report management module
The system presets various commonly used report templates, such as production plan execution status, beat diagram and line balance rate, average exception processing time, OEE analysis, etc. Users can modify or call them directly according to their own needs. Rich report styles are developed using H5 adaptively and are suitable for display on electronic screens with various resolutions.
